For questions about this privacy statement and the processing of your personal data, please contact us.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we may process:
We ask you to share your personal data with us for the following purposes, but not limited to:
Our websites and third party websites
We may share your data with third parties if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement such as the delivery of the products and / or services ordered by you. These include, but are not limited to, service providers, suppliers and transporters. If third parties process your information on behalf of Albion, we enter into a processing agreement with them to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your information. Furthermore, we will not provide your information to other parties unless this is required or permitted by law.
We are committed to keeping your information secure. To this end we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent misuse and loss of your data or unauthorised access to your data.
We will retain your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes outlined above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
How to access your data
You can contact us at any time using the methods set out above to find out what personal data we are processing about you and to obtain a copy of it. You can also have your personal data corrected or deleted (as long as there is no legal obligation to retain it).
Access, correction and deletion
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. You can make a specified request to Albion via the contact information above, stating your name and address. Albion can ask you to identify yourself in order to prevent abuse of this right. Albion will in principle respond to a request for inspection or correction within four weeks. In the case of a request for removal, Albion will remove the personal information in question as soon as possible, unless and insofar as the law requires retention of the personal information in question or there are (other) compelling reasons that oppose removal.
We are happy to help you with all of your requests, but if you are still unable to resolve the matter with us, you have the right to submit a complaint to the Personal Data Authority. More information on this can be found here.
